We regret to inform you that we are unable to neither drop off nor collect from the Tiger Terminal. Due to regulations within Melbourne Airport you will instead be dropped off and collected from the Virgin Australia zones.
If you are travelling and do not know when you will be returning into Melbourne Airport just book your parking with the earliest date you could return. If you have to extend it will be no problem and we can charge you the extra days when you return.
Bookings are essential as we can sometimes become full. You can book on this site or call (03) 9330 4442 to speak with one of our friendly staff.
A1 Airport Parking does not charge cancellation fees. We understand that certain circumstances can change plans and do not mind if you cancel, even at the last minute!
We suggest you arrive at A1 Airport Parking 10 to 15 minutes before you wish to arrive at your Terminal.
A1 Airport Parking is a Valet service and as such requires your keys and any immobilizers for your vehicle. For your convenience your vehicle will be brought out and parked next to our office ready for you to drive away.
A1 Airport Parking bus service runs on demand and as such we are unable to provide child seats. We recommend that you drop your partner with your children off at the terminals first and then park your car with us. For further information on this please call our office.
Payment is received on return from your trip. We accept all major debit and credit cards including AMEX and there are no surcharges. We also accept cash. Please note we do not accept Diners Club Cards.
