How early should I arrive before my flight?expand_more
We recommend arriving at A1 Airport Parking at least 45 minutes before the time you need to be at the airport terminal. This ensures you have ample time for check-in, parking your vehicle, and catching our complimentary shuttle.
How often does the shuttle bus run?expand_more
Our shuttle buses operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once the check-in is completed, one of our dedicated bus will take you directly to the terminal. On return, simply give us a call once you've collected your luggage.
Is my vehicle secure while I am away?expand_more
Yes, security is our top priority. Our facility is monitored 24/7 by CCTV cameras, has high perimeter fencing, and is patrolled regularly by security staff.
Do you charge extra for oversized vehicles?expand_more
Standard parking rates apply to sedans, hatchbacks, and standard SUVs. Larger vehicles such as long-wheelbase vans, trucks, or campervans may incur a surcharge. Please contact us at (03) 9330 4442 for an accurate quote.
What is your cancellation policy?expand_more
You may cancel your Booking Period for affiliate car parks at any time up to 24 hours prior to your intended arrival at the Car Park and you will be entitled to a refund of the Cost paid by you less a $10 administration fee as may be charged by us for such cancellation. If you cancel your confirmed Booking Period for affiliate car parks less than 24 hours prior to your intended arrival there may be no refund, credit or adjustment of the Cost paid by you. No refunds will be issued for third party bookings websites
What is your booking amendment policy?expand_more
You may amend your Booking Period at any time up to the original booking period end date. Where the price for any amended Booking Period exceeds or is less than the Cost for your original confirmed Booking Period, you will be required to either pay the difference by credit card between these amounts or you will be refunded the difference between these amounts, as the case may be. If you cancel your confirmed Booking Period for affiliate car parks less than 24 hours prior to your intended arrival there may be no refund, credit or adjustment of the Cost paid by you. No refunds will be issued for third party bookings websites
Do I need to leave my keys?expand_more
Yes, for our Valet Parking service, you will need to leave your keys so we can park your car securely and have it ready for you upon return.
Can I book a car wash?expand_more
Absolutely! We offer various car detailing packages ranging from a simple exterior wash to a full interior and exterior detail. You can add these services to your booking during checkin.
What happens if my flight is delayed?expand_more
Any delays or cancellations in your return flight we need minimum of 24 hours notice
