Terms & Conditions

1.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from A1 Airport Parking containing your unique booking reference number.

1.2 Rates & Calculation: Parking charges are calculated on a 24-hour basis. Any part thereof is charged as a full day. Rates are subject to change without notice, but the rate applicable at the time of booking will be honored.

1.3 Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless "Pay on Arrival" is selected, in which case payment is due before vehicle entry.

1.4 Overstays: If your vehicle remains in the car park longer than the booked period, you will be charged for the additional time at the standard daily drive-up rate, payable upon exit.

2.1 Notice Period: You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

2.2 Administration Fees: A standard administration fee of $10.00 may be deducted from refunds for cancellations processed via phone. Online cancellations made through your user account are free of charge.

2.3 Early Returns: No refunds will be provided for early returns or unused parking days once the vehicle has been checked in.

3.1 Vehicle Damage: While we take reasonable care, A1 Airport Parking accepts no liability for any loss or damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or windscreen damage, unless such damage is proven to be caused by the negligence of our employees.

3.2 Theft of Property: We strongly advise against leaving valuables in your vehicle. We accept no liability for the theft of loose items, personal property, or vehicle accessories left in the car.

3.3 Mechanical Faults: We are not responsible for mechanical failures (e.g., flat batteries, tires) unless caused directly by our staff. Complimentary jump-starts are provided as a courtesy service only.

Our facilities are equipped with CCTV monitoring, perimeter fencing, and 24/7 staff presence. However, the provision of these security measures does not constitute a guarantee against theft, damage, or unauthorized entry. Customers park their vehicles at their own risk.

You agree to indemnify A1 Airport Parking against any claim by a third party arising out of your use of the car park or any act or omission by you.

• Schedule: Shuttles run on demand approximately every 15-20 minutes. We recommend arriving at the car park at least 45 minutes before you need to be at the terminal.
• Luggage: Drivers are happy to assist with luggage, but heavy lifting is subject to OH&S guidelines. We accept no liability for damage to luggage during transit.
• Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse carriage to any person who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk to our staff or other passengers.
• Child Seats: It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to fit child seats in the shuttle if required. We provide standard anchor points but cannot guarantee availability of seats without prior booking.
